Join us for a guided vineyard and winery tour with Vigneron James Sweetapple as part of Orange’s iconic and much-loved F.O.O.D Week celebrations.
Walk the vineyard and cellar with James as he shares how Cargo Road Wines became the world’s first EOV certified vineyard under the Savory Institute. Taste grapes, ferments and finished wines as you learn how a holistic, land-led approach shapes every decision we make in the vineyard and winery.
Discover how our winemaking process works from vine to bottle, and gain insight into our holistic farming practices, sustainability values and regenerative methods designed to care for the land for future generations. You’ll hear the why behind what we do, and how these methods have been refined over nearly three decades of hands-on experience.
And of course, you’ll finish by tasting a selection of our cool-climate Orange wines, enjoyed right where they’re grown.

How long will my delivery take?
We pack orders with care and send them out as quickly as possible. Delivery within Australia typically takes 1 to 2 business days, though in some cases it can take up to 5 to 7 business days depending on your location and courier schedules.
If you’re ordering for a special occasion, let us know and we’ll do our best to time it well.
What is the best way to store our wines?
To preserve the quality of your wines, store them in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature between 12–18°C. Wines sealed with corks are best stored on their side to keep the cork from drying out. With the right conditions, your wines will continue to develop and age beautifully over time.
Cellar door pick-up or local delivery?
You’re welcome to collect your order from our cellar door during opening hours, 11am to 5pm.
Our team is generally on site from 9am so if you’re planning to arrive in the morning, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
