Incorrect or Defective Items

If Cargo Road Wines supplies an incorrect item or a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Unopened bottles may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Where the error or fault is ours, Cargo Road Wines will cover the cost of return shipping.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, we may request photographs of the item and packaging before arranging a return or replacement.

We are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds are typically issued within 14 business days, however timing may vary depending on shipping transit times and your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
