This Cabernet Merlot blend brings together Cabernet clone SA125 and Merlot clone D3V14 in a balanced expression of ripe fruit and gentle structure. The nose opens with inviting berry fruit, layered with notes of cassis and subtle earthy tones.
On the palate, the wine is smooth and clean, offering long, mouth filling flavours that feel generous without being heavy. It has enough character to satisfy the seasoned wine drinker, while remaining approachable and easy for those just beginning their wine journey.
A natural food wine, it pairs beautifully with lamb or a char grilled steak. With time in the cellar, it will continue to develop over the next 4 to 6 years, though it is equally enjoyable now.

How long will my delivery take?
We pack orders with care and send them out as quickly as possible. Delivery within Australia typically takes 1 to 2 business days, though in some cases it can take up to 5 to 7 business days depending on your location and courier schedules.
If you’re ordering for a special occasion, let us know and we’ll do our best to time it well.
What is the best way to store our wines?
To preserve the quality of your wines, store them in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature between 12–18°C. Wines sealed with corks are best stored on their side to keep the cork from drying out. With the right conditions, your wines will continue to develop and age beautifully over time.
Cellar door pick-up or local delivery?
You’re welcome to collect your order from our cellar door during opening hours, 11am to 5pm.
Our team is generally on site from 9am so if you’re planning to arrive in the morning, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
