In these Terms & Conditions, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Cargo Road Wines ABN 31 080 641 005 of 1064 Cargo Road, Lidster NSW 2800. “You” and “your” refer to the customer or user of this website.

These Terms & Conditions, together with your order, constitute the entire agreement between you and us for the supply of products. No other terms apply unless agreed to by us in writing or by email.

By placing an order through this website, you make an offer to purchase products in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. An order is not accepted until we confirm it.

You must be 18 years of age or over to place an order on this website. By using this website and purchasing products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

If we suffer any loss or damage as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, we reserve the right to seek compensation from the parent or legal guardian of the minor.

Purchasing

We aim to describe all products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images or other content are accurate, complete, current or error free.

Pricing & GST

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated. All transactions are processed in Australian dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Refunds & Returns

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection.

You are entitled to a refund or exchange where goods are faulty or not as described, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Refund or exchange requests must be made within 10 business days of delivery.

Event Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings are essential for most events organised by Cargo Road Wines.

Final attendance numbers are required no later than 3 business days prior to the event date. Cancellations made within 2 business days of the event date will incur a 100 percent cancellation fee.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cargo Road Wines accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of this website, the purchase of products, or attendance at events.
