CARGO ROAD WINES is located at 860 metres above sea level, on the sheltered northern slopes of Mount Canobolas, Orange in central western NSW. The vineyard was taken over by a trio from quite different backgrounds in 1997 (their story).
A visit to Cargo Road Wines offers the cellar door for tastings on weekends, the possibility to stroll around the vineyard, have a picnic under eucalypt trees, look in the gallery and enjoy a meal or coffee in the cafe. The cellar door is now open Friday afternoons. Please call ahead if you can 0428 656 100.
